A topsy turvy NFL broadcaster offseason arms race took maybe its most unexpected twist Tuesday early morning when Fox Corp. Executive Chairman Lachlan Murdoch revealed that Tom Brady, the winningest quarterback of perpetuity, will enter the network’s cubicle when he retires.
When that takes place, obviously, is still to be figured out. Brady, 44, might play one or a number of more seasons. However when he hangs up his spikes for great, he will sign up with Kevin Burkhardt in Fox’s lead cubicle, Murdoch stated. If he retires after 2 more seasons, he would remain in line to call a Super Bowl in his very first year as a commentator. Fox is set to relay 2 of the next 3 Super Bowls.
